**Subject:** scripts help with labtech

Hi Tim,

The scripts button is greyed out in automate, however if we go into the device dashboard we can select scripts. Also, we deployed a “Roar - Agent Installer” script but we can’t find it by selecting a computer and searching through scripts. We do, however, see it in automation – scripts.

Lastly, connectwise feeds customer info into Liongard and we use the connectwise name for creating the customer environments. Ideally, labtech should also be getting customer names from connectwise. If we can ensure that we send Liongard the correct customer environment name, then we can also automate setting the environment name when deploying with labtech. Can we make sure this is flowing correctly? Below is a screenshot of the environment names as we have them in Liongard – everything should match identically to cwm and cwa.
