Hey Tim,
I was hoping you could look at something for me in Patch Manager for Automate. A bunch of computers at Hoffman Law got flagged by Windows Defender for vulnerabilities and I found that a lot of them were because certain computers are behind on patches. When I look at Patch Manager, Hoffman Law shows a 91% compliance, but the computers on this list were behind 1 or 2 major windows updates; for example, JHA-18 \(one of the computers flagged by defender\) is running windows 11 23H2, but JHA-27 is running windows 11 25H2 despite both computers apparently being in the same patch group. Yet JHA-18 shows 100% deployment.
Here’s a list of the computers at Hoffman Law that were flagged by defender:

Can you give our patch manager a once-over to see if we have a missing patch or configuration error or something?

Gotcha, that makes sense.
I didn’t know that script even existed. I think we’ll stick with the manual installation process since patch manager can’t do those; I think automating it would be work than it’s worth, and probably would cause us some trouble down the line. I’ll update our own workflows to try and keep better track of them.
Thanks for the info.

One more thing for you that I found while investigating that script: I can’t seem to open it. I get this error:
![\[image\]](https://na.myconnectwise.net/v4_6_release/api/inlineimages/labtechx/3eee1cf5-76cf-4743-9da7-b5c00759c41f)
The only “f0” reference I can find is in the script GUID, which is called at the end of the script itself.

Can you double check that? I don’t know how \(or even if we can\) edit the script GUID to correct that syntax error.

Got it. As always, thanks very much for the help.
